Terms of Use
These terms govern access to this website. By using the site, you agree to them.
Last updated: 9 September 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PentaSoul website (the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
These Terms apply to the public Website. Use of a specific PentaSoul product may be covered by a separate agreement, licence, or product terms.
2. Who may use the Website
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, to use the Website. If you use the Website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation, and “you” includes that organisation.
3. The Website
The Website is provided for information about PentaSoul, our products, and how to contact us. Content is for general information only. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice, and it is not an offer to sell a product except where we clearly say so.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time, without notice. We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, error-free, or free of harmful components.
4. Products and status
Product names, descriptions, screenshots, and status labels (such as “Live Product” or “In Development”) are provided for information. Features, availability, names, and timelines may change. A product shown as in development is not a commitment to launch, pricing, or a particular feature set.
External product links may lead to separate applications. Access to those applications may require an account and a separate contract.
5. Intellectual property
The Website, including text, layout, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is owned by PentaSoul or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. PentaSoul, the PentaSoul mark, and our product names are trademarks of PentaSoul.
You may view and print pages for your personal or internal business use. You may not copy, scrape, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Website, or use our marks, without our prior written permission, except as allowed by mandatory law (such as a limited quotation or fair dealing exception).
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, related systems, or other users’ data.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Website except with our written permission.
- Send malware, spam, or unsolicited advertising through the contact form or any other channel we provide.
- Impersonate PentaSoul, our people, or any other person or organisation.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Website, including by imposing an unreasonable load.
- Collect information from the Website by automated means in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law.
7. Contact form and user content
If you send us a message, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to send it. Do not include confidential information you are not authorised to share, or special-category personal data that we have not requested.
You grant PentaSoul a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use the content of your message as needed to review it, respond, and operate our business. We do not treat unsolicited ideas as confidential. If you share an idea, we may use similar ideas already in development without obligation to you, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
8. Third-party links
The Website may include links to third-party sites, tools, or services. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, security, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PentaSoul disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Website will meet your requirements, that results will be accurate or reliable, or that defects will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PentaSoul and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to the Website or these Terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Website or these Terms will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100) or the equivalent in local currency.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PentaSoul from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Website, your messages, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Website at any time if we believe you have breached these Terms or if we discontinue the Website. You may stop using the Website at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive termination.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to PentaSoul’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply and cannot be waived.
Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or confidential information. If you are a consumer in a country that grants you the right to bring claims in your local courts, that right is not affected.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If you continue to use the Website after the update, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Website.
15. General
If a provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and PentaSoul regarding the Website. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a reorganisation or sale of assets. There are no third-party beneficiaries except as stated in the limitation of liability and indemnity sections.
16. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to pentasoul05@gmail.com or through the contact form on this Website.
